Davida Commey

Hey there!
My name is Davida Commey. I am 2nd Year medical student at Keele University.

I am the current president of Keele Oncology Society and the Founder, and President of NAMOUS - North and Midlands oncology university societies.

I was the president of a similar initiative during my undergraduate degree at QMUL (Queen Mary University of London) - MEDi; a society that provided undergraduate students from varying degree backgrounds an opportunity to learn more about medicine as a career, provide informative resources and workshops that would aid their application process into medicine.

I started NAMOUS to encourage collaborative work between oncology university societies across the north and midlands. Our main aim is to establish a network of medical students that come together to provide informative annual conferences that inspire and solidify the oncology speciality for medical students. I hope to see NAMOUS grow into a platform that can accessed by all medical students to gain insight into oncology.
